Setting up your account
In order for you to view product prices and place an order on our website, you will need to complete our registration form. We need to know some of your details including your delivery address and contact details. We'll treat your details with the utmost respect for privacy and security. We take security very seriously and you can read more about that in our privacy statement
Once you have completed the registration process, we will e-mail you back with your login details within 1 working day.
The e-mail will contain your usename (which will be your 6-digit account number) and your password (which will be your postcode). Please keep this email safe as you will need it when you want to log in or contact us. At this stage we also recommend that you log in to the Planglow site and change your password to something more memorable and secure.
Existing customers
If you are an existing customer you will immediately be able to login and views prices and order online using your 6-digit account number (username) and post code (password). Once you have logged in for the first time you will be able to change your password to something more memorable and secure.

Placing repeat orders - Top Tip
All of your previous order history with Planglow is available to view by going to “My Account” and viewing your order history. You can reorder any item with a single click by pressing “Place a repeat order”.
Logging in
Just click on the Log-in link and enter your 6-digit account number (username) and password (postcode). You will then be taken to “My account”. If you've forgotten your account number or password, please contact us.
