Below are some of the errors that LabelLogic may from
time to time bring up. If you click on the error below you will
find out how to fix the problem instantly.
"No Data Directory Selected"
"No List Opened"
"Site ID Match Failure"
Error: No data directory selected
Reason: You have logged on as a different user
Answer: If you can open LabelLogic, then go to “File” at the
top left of your screen, then down to “Set data source” click
“Change”, then double click “C:\” at the top with the folder
that’s open, then double click “LabelLogic data” below, on
the right click “Select” then close. Now if you try going into
the any part of the program it will open.

Error. “No List open” when going into the print centre
Reason: All this means is that there is no print list selected.
Answer: Just click on the drop down arrow under the “New”
button to select your list. Or click on the “New” button to
create a print list.

Error: Site Id Match Failure
Reason: If you have tried to restore any LabelLogic data then
you will get this problem.
Answer: You will need a file called “dbmerge.inf” Click Here
to download dbmerge. When you have the file just right click
and click “Install”, the screen may flash nothing else will
happen on screen. Just open LabelLogic, then go to “File” at
the top left of your screen, then down to “Set data source”,
click “Change”, then double click “C:\” at the top with the
folder that’s open, then double click “LabellLogic data”
below, on the right click “Select” then close. Now if you try
going into the any part of the program it will open.
