Below are some of the errors that LabelLogic may from time to time bring up. If you click on the error below you will find out how to fix the problem instantly.
"No Data Directory Selected"
Error: No Data Directory Selected.
Reason: LabelLogic cannot find the folder containing the data.
Answer: Open LabelLogic, then go to “File” at the top left of your screen, then select “Set Data Source” click “Change”, then double click “C:\” at the top of the white window, then double click “LabelLogic Data”, click “Select” on the right and then finally click “Close”.
"No List Open"
Error. “No List Open” when going into the print centre.
Reason: There is no default print list.
Answer: Just click on the drop down arrow under the “New” button in your print list toolbar to select your list. Or click on the “New” button to create a print list.
"Site ID Match Failure"
Error: Site ID Match Failure.
Reason: If you have tried to restore any LabelLogic data then you will get this problem.
Answer: You will need a file called “dbmerge.inf”. Click to download.
When you have the file just right click on dbmerge and click “Install”, the screen may flash, nothing else will happen on screen. Just open LabelLogic and follow the "No Data Directory Selected" instructions above.
"Error 12 33 Fixheader" or "Error 111 WriteFileKey"
Error: Error 12 33 Fixheader or 111 WriteFileKey.
Reason: You do not have rights to use LabelLogic.
Answer: You will need to contact your computer administrator and ask them to give you full Read & Write access to “C:\Labellogic Data” & “C:\Program Files\Planglow”.

"Error 9 0 Printlabel"
Error: Error 9 0 Printlabel
Reason: You have selected a template that contains no fields
Answer: You will need to open the Design Centre and click on “Template Design”. Select the template you are trying to print, you will see an image of the label on your screen. On the label there will be no fields, you will need to design the layout of your label by clicking on the fields you require and adding them to the label template.
